The five steps a crew grows through
An explanation of the steps, not a crew you are in. You are not on any of them yet.
- InterestedEnough people say a thing sounds good. Nobody's name shows, and nothing is committed.
- Plan formingThere are enough of you for it to happen. The details firm up.
- ConfirmedIt's on. The people in it can sort out the logistics between themselves.
- AttendedPeople actually turned up. That is the part that counts, and the only part that carries forward.
- ReconnectedSome of you want to do it again. Go back often enough with the same people and a crew is what you have.
Each step needs the one before it, and none of them run yet.
