Privacy

Updated 15 September 2026.

The short version: we keep what you tell us, we show your name only inside a plan, and we don’t sell any of it.

What we keep

  • What you tell us on your Passport: where you live, how far you’ll go, what you’re into. You can change or clear it any time.
  • What you did: saved events, plans you said I’m in to, the morning-after answers. Your “again” answers are private; only a mutual match is ever shown, and only to the two people involved.
  • Things kept on your device, like a saved event or your distance setting, stay on that device.

What we show

  • Your first name, to the people on a plan you’ve joined, once the plan is real. Never before, and never in a directory.
  • A host sees who said I’m in to their plan. Guests see the meeting point, and the address only if they’re in.

Location

If you let us use your location to find rooms near you, it is read once on your device to measure distance and is not stored. You can type a neighborhood instead.

Google Maps content

Room details marked with the Google Maps logo come from Google Maps Platform. When we look up rooms near you, the search is made from our server, not from your browser, and Google’s handling of that request is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of that content follows the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service.

Your choices

Ask us to show you what we hold, or to delete it, at hello@jussayin.com. This page may change; the date at the top says when.
